Any services provided in respect to machinery and equipment to the Customer are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and in the Scope of Works.
Conditions Of Agreement To Hire Equipment
Any equipment provided on hire by The Henan Suretech New Material Co., Ltd is subject to the conditions of the Agreement to Hire Equipment.
